Shipping costs and delivery time

Your order is sent by DHL. We deliver to Germany and Austria.

From an order value of 30% the delivery takes place free shipping within GermanyFor orders below 30,the insured shipment costs with tracking 4.30.

For island customers it is delivered only up to the mainland ferry terminal. Saturdays and delivery to a packing station are generally not possible. The delivery time starts with sending the order confirmation by e-mail. If the customer is not present at the first delivery attempt, two further delivery attempts will be made.

Delivery is made upon receipt of the order and payment. Please refer to the product pages for delivery times. It is possible to arrange longer delivery times at your request. We are entitled to partial deliveries. No additional shipping costs arise.
